Lawn
Lawn Care Related services
Mowing
Mowing of the property, line trimming around any obstacles and edges, then to finish up we remove all clippings from sidewalks, driveways, etc.[26 services per season](give or take)(depending on weather)
New Lawn Install
From a bare ground start a layer of topsoil is added, new grass seed, and we top it off with our own natural blend of fertilizer. (if old lawn is still present we will remove it first.)
Seeding
We add new seed to an already established lawn to thicken and green the lawn. (typically follows Core Aeration and/or Dethatching.)
Core aeration
This is done to reduce turf compaction, reducing thatch buildup, improve the infiltration of water/nutrients, encourages deeper roots, and creates an environment where grass seed can have direct contact with the soil
Fertilizing
Fertilizer, weed control, insect control, fungus control, any or all of these can be added to improve your soil.[4-8 services per year]
Dethatching
Thatch is a build-up of organic matter which can include dead grass, leaves, stems, stolons, rhizomes and overcrowded grass roots and lateral weed growth. Thatch can stifle the growth and health of grass or turf. Removing the thatch helps the grass by encouraging it to thicken up and also makes it stronger and less susceptible to disease. Reducing thatch levels increases the levels of water, air and nutrients that can get through to the root zone of the grass plants.
Spring / Fall Cleanup
We will remove any and all debris from your lawn and landscaping areas.
Leaf Removal
After all the leaves have fallen from the trees, we will come out and cleanup and remove all leaves from your property.

Landscaping Related Services
Mulch installation
Weeding and or removal of grass from the mulch area, putting a nice fresh edge on the mulch beds, at this point optional weed blocking products can be installed, then a new layer of mulch is put down.
Edging
Cutting a new edge for your mulch beds.
Shrub Trimming
We will trim shrubs, hedges, ornamental trees, and clean up all clippings and remove any debris.
Weeding
Pulling weeds from your landscaping,(mulch beds, rock beds, etc).
Design & Installation
This refers to the design and install of new mulch beds, retaining walls, walkways, steps, water features, new plants, new trees, etc.
Snow
Snow Removal Services
Plowing
Removal of snow from driveways and/or parking lots.
Shoveling
Removal of snow from walkways.
Salting
Applying salt, calcium, sand, or a mixture of those to melt ice and snow and to create traction.
Other
Other services not listed above
Pressure Washing
Cleans hard to get off dirt and debris from siding, walkways, driveways.
